How Billing Works
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the start of each billing period
- Payment processed via Stripe — major credit/debit cards accepted
- Invoices sent automatically to your billing email
- VAT applied based on your country — add your VAT number in billing settings
- Annual plans billed in advance; monthly plans billed at cycle start
Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrade takes effect immediately — billed pro-rata for remainder of billing period
- Downgrade takes effect at next billing cycle renewal
- Plan changes available in Settings → Billing
- Enterprise plans require contacting [email protected]
Invoices & Receipts
- All invoices available in Settings → Billing → Invoice History
- PDF invoices sent to your billing email automatically
- Invoice includes your company name, address, and VAT number if provided
- For invoice corrections: [email protected]
Cancellation
Cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds for unused days. After cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data before account deletion begins.

Can I try Optiviera before purchasing?
Yes — Optiviera offers a free trial. No credit card is required to start.
What happens if my payment fails?
We'll retry the payment and notify you. After repeated failures, access to paid features may be suspended until resolved.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes — switch to annual billing at any time in Settings → Billing. The change takes effect at your next renewal.
Do I get a VAT invoice?
Yes — all invoices include VAT where applicable. Add your VAT number in billing settings for it to appear on invoices.
How do I get a refund?
Review our Refund Policy for eligibility. Submit requests to [email protected] within 30 days of the qualifying event.
