How content is published

This page is a single public feed. Editors prepare short posts; after a quick review, they appear below. There are no separate article pages yet—focus is on a clear, trustworthy signal to customers.

  1. DraftAn administrator or editor writes the update (release notes, plan change, or announcement) using an internal template.
  2. ReviewA second person validates facts, wording, and timing so what goes live matches product and legal reality.
  3. PublishApproved items get a date and a tag (Product update, News, or Roadmap) and are added to the stream on this URL.
  4. Single stream (for now)Everyone reads the same reverse-chronological list. When you outgrow a single page, the same steps map to a CMS or API without changing the workflow.

The posts below are realistic samples that illustrate the flow. In production, this list can be backed by a database or headless CMS while the URL and editorial process stay the same.

Newest first—same page, clear categories.

Product update
Finance: Q2 hardening and reporting polish

We are tightening period close checks, bank reconciliation diffs, and P&L drill-downs before the end of the quarter. Expect smaller weekly fixes rather than a big-bang switch.

Product update
API: more predictable webhooks

Delivery retries are now idempotent on our side, so a slow endpoint will not create duplicate side effects when we replay events. See the API docs for the new retry schedule.

News
First community call for power users

We will host a 45-minute open session on multi-entity reporting and custom dashboards. The invite will go to tenant admins; a recording will be linked here for everyone else.

Roadmap
Roadmap: mobile approvals in preview

Purchase and leave approvals on a responsive surface are targeted for a closed preview in Q3. Nothing changes in core permissions—only the approval entry point moves to mobile.
